Product Description
Chain 10B-1 with rubber cover 60ShA combines the design of a classic 10B-1 roller chain (simplex) with a rubber layer vulcanised onto the plates - this protects the product, dampens line noise and increases grip. The cover has a reduced hardness of 60 ±5 ShA (soft) (standard approx. 75±5 ShA), which makes it more flexible and lets it guide the conveyed product more gently.
The pad is made of NBR rubber (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), which provides good resistance to oils, greases, fuels and common organic solvents while maintaining high elasticity. The standard operating temperature range is from -20°C to +100°C. The base chain is made of steel in accordance with DIN 8187 / ISO 606.
