Right of withdrawal from the contract

Who is entitled? Consumers and entrepreneurs who are natural persons for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature (Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights). This right does not apply to business customers.

How much time do you have? 14 days from the day you received the parcel (for an order delivered in several parts – from receipt of the last one). It is enough to send us your declaration before this period expires.

How to withdraw from the contract? Choose one of the following methods:

1. on the shop website, click the link to the quick return form “cancel contract here” and confirm the withdrawal with the “confirm cancellation” button – you will receive a confirmation by e-mail,
2. send an e-mail to e-sklep@ozdowski.eu,
3. send a letter to: OZDOWSKI Sp. z o.o., ul. Zajęcza 4H, 57-300 Kłodzko, Poland.

You may use the model withdrawal form.

Returning the goods. Send the goods back within 14 days of submitting your declaration to: OZDOWSKI Sp. z o.o., ul. Zajęcza 4H, 57-300 Kłodzko, Poland. You bear the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. It is a good idea to include a note with your order number in the parcel.

Refund. We will refund the full amount paid, including delivery costs up to the cheapest option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same payment method you used (unless we agree otherwise). We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Condition of the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. goods that have been installed, used or are soiled with grease). In such a case, we will reduce the refund by the amount of this diminution – for goods that are not fit for resale, it may correspond to the full price of the goods. We will inform you of the amount of the deduction together with the justification.

What cannot be returned? Goods made to the customer’s specifications, including:

• chains cut to a length other than the standard 5 m,
• chains with attachments or special elements mounted or welded on to order,
• shafts, screws and toothed racks cut to size.
