DISCOUNT POLICY OF THE ONLINE SHOP WWW.OZDOWSKI.EU

You do not need to order large quantities of parts in advance - order as you need them, and we reward regular purchases with an increasing discount.

1. WELCOME DISCOUNT - 5%

Every Customer who creates an account in the online shop www.ozdowski.eu is entitled to a 5% discount on the first order placed from that account. The discount is calculated automatically in the basket after logging in to the new Account.

Total net value of Orders in a calendar year - Discount:

• from PLN 15,000 - 10%
• from PLN 50,000 - 15%
• from PLN 150,000 - 20%

2. WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS FOR BUSINESSES (B2B)

Wholesale discounts are available to Customers running a business who make purchases on a VAT invoice (providing a tax identification number), in particular brick-and-mortar and online shops, workshops and maintenance departments. Quick start for businesses: if you plan regular wholesale purchases, create an account and contact us by sending a message to e-sklep@ozdowski.eu. After a short verification, we can grant a 10% discount even before the first order is placed. A discount granted under the quick start is valid for 12 months from the date it is granted and is then subject to the rules in section 3.

3. RULES FOR CALCULATING AND APPLYING DISCOUNTS

• The total value of orders includes the net value of paid and completed orders placed via an account in the online shop www.ozdowski.eu (excluding delivery costs), less the value of returns and cancelled orders.
• The total value of Orders is calculated for a given calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December).
• A higher discount applies from the first Order placed after it has been activated on the Account. We activate the discount within 2 Business Days of the completion of the Order with which the given threshold was exceeded.
• A discount granted after exceeding a threshold is valid until the end of the given calendar year and throughout the following calendar year.
• We verify discount levels once a year, by 31 January, on the basis of the total value of Orders from the previous calendar year. If this total did not reach the threshold corresponding to the existing discount, the discount corresponding to this total applies from the date of verification. We inform the Customer of any change in the discount by electronic means.
• Discounts cannot be combined – if several discounts apply, the one most favourable to the Customer is used.
• The discount covers all Products in the Online Shop offer, excluding charges for cutting, mounting and welding of attachments and Products covered by promotions and sales, unless the description of a given promotion states otherwise.
• For Orders in a currency other than PLN, the value of the Order is converted into PLN at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the date the Order is placed.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Discounts apply only to orders placed directly via the Online Shop www.ozdowski.eu.
• The Seller reserves the right to verify the status of business activity (e.g. in the CEIDG or KRS register) before granting a wholesale discount.
• The Seller may change this discount policy by informing customers with an account by electronic means and by publishing the changes in the online shop at least 30 days in advance. The change does not apply to orders placed before it enters into force. Discounts granted before the date of the change remain valid for at least 6 months from the date it enters into force.
• In matters not regulated by this document, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop www.ozdowski.eu apply.
• Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the online shop.
