The online shop www.ozdowski.eu is operated by OZDOWSKI Sp. z o.o. from Kłodzko, Poland - a manufacturer and supplier of drive and conveying components for agricultural and industrial machinery. We sell to private and business customers all over Europe.
How to place an order?
Add products to your basket, choose the delivery and payment method, and then click “Order and pay”. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can also place an order without creating an account.
Customer account
With an account, you can track the status of your orders, view your purchase history and download invoices. You get a 5% discount on the first order placed from a new account.
Prices
Prices in the shop are shown both gross and net. Gross prices include VAT at the rate applicable in the country of delivery.
Availability and shipping time
Product availability is shown above the price - please check it before placing your order, as the shipping time depends on it. Orders placed by 11:00 on a Business Day are shipped the same day if all products are available in stock. For products not available in stock or made to measure, the lead time may be up to 8 weeks - we state it in the product description or during the ordering process.
Delivery
We ship to all European Union countries as well as to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine, the USA and Canada, among others. Free personal collection in Kłodzko is also possible (Business Days, 9:00-15:00). Delivery costs and times for each country can be found in the Shipping tab.
Payments
Przelewy24 (fast online transfer, BLIK, Google Pay, payment cards), PayPal, prepayment based on a pro forma invoice, cash on delivery and cash on personal collection.
Made-to-measure products
We cut chains, shafts, screws and toothed racks to the required length and mount and weld attachments to your specifications. Products made to order are marked in the product description and cannot be returned.
Returns and complaints
Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, e.g. using the quick return form “cancel contract here”. We accept complaints by e-mail or in writing and respond within 14 days. Details: Right of withdrawal from the contract.
Invoices and offer for businesses
For orders with a tax identification number (NIP/VAT number), we issue a VAT invoice; for other orders, a receipt. Businesses from other EU countries with a valid EU VAT number receive an invoice without VAT (reverse charge). We offer regular wholesale customers discounts of up to 20% - see the Discount Policy.
