Bush conveyor chains

Bush chains in this group are FV and M series conveyor chains in the bush version. Instead of a rotating roller, a bush is mounted on the pin, which engages with the sprocket teeth and slides along the guide.

Bush conveyor chains - less sensitive to dust, grain and mud

No roller means a simpler design, fewer moving parts and less sensitivity to dust, grain or mud, which can block roller rotation in a roller chain. Such a chain performs well in bulk material conveyors, where it runs slowly and in dirt. We make the chains from C45 steel, with components hardened separately before assembly, which increases resistance to abrasion and stretching.

The sprocket is chosen according to the diameter of the element that enters between the teeth - the bush or the roller. The bush has a smaller diameter than the roller, so when changing versions, the sprocket tooth profile must be checked.
