Roller chain 08B-3, pitch 12.7 mm (1/2"), with straight plate, C45 steel is a triple-strand (triplex) roller chain with a pitch of 12.70 mm (1/2"), compliant with DIN 8187 / ISO 606.

The plates have a straight (non-waisted) profile, so the chain can slide on a guide rail or carry the load directly on the plates. Ozdowski brand chains are made of C45 steel, and each element - pin, bush, roller and plate - is hardened separately before assembly. As a result, their strength is up to approx. 20% higher than the standard requires.
