Roller chain 04B-1 (50 m)

Chain 04B-1 is a simplex roller chain compliant with the European dimensional standard, with a pitch of 6 mm. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 8187 / ISO 606; as a Polish manufacturer, we guarantee full dimensional compatibility with sprockets made to the same standard. The Ozdowski brand hardens pins, rollers and plates individually, before the links are assembled into a complete chain - as a result, our chains are approx. 20% stronger than the standard requires and therefore more durable and robust when working under load.

The first tension check should be carried out after the first 50 operating hours (running-in period), and then regularly - once a month or in line with the machine's inspection schedule.
