Timing pulley HTD 8M z=192 for 85 mm belt, for Taper-Lock 3525, cast iron works with HTD 8M timing belts with a pitch of 8 mm and a width of 85 mm. The pulley has 192 teeth. The HTD profile has teeth with a curvilinear shape that spread the load evenly and transmit higher torque than trapezoidal profiles. It is made of EN-GJL-200 grey cast iron.

The pitch diameter is 488.92 mm and the outside diameter 487.55 mm. The pulley has a seat for a Taper-Lock 3525 clamping bush (bush sold separately) - the bush bore is chosen to suit the shaft, up to 90 mm, without boring the pulley.
