Sprocket 16B-3 z=95 for Taper-Lock bush 4030 works with 16B-3 roller chain (European standard DIN 8187 / ISO 606), triple-strand (triplex), with a pitch of 25.4 mm (1"). It has 95 teeth and is made of C45 steel.

The sprocket has a seat for a Taper-Lock 4030 clamping bush, so it can be mounted on the shaft without boring the hole or cutting a keyway in the sprocket - simply choose a 4030 bush with a bore that matches the shaft. The hub diameter is 240 mm and the total width of the sprocket is 79.6 mm. The bush is not included - the 4030 bush can be purchased separately from our range.

How do I mount a sprocket with a Taper-Lock bush?

Insert the bush into the sprocket seat, align the holes and lightly screw in the screws. Then slide the assembly onto the shaft and tighten the screws alternately until the bush is firmly clamped on the shaft.
