Sprocket 16A-1 (80-1) z=16 with hub works with ASA 80 (16A-1) roller chain, single-strand (simplex), with a pitch of 25.4 mm (1"). It has 16 teeth and is made of C45 steel in accordance with ISO 606 and ANSI B29.1.

The sprocket has a one-sided hub with a diameter of 100 mm and a pilot bore of Ø20 mm, which is bored to the shaft size and completed with a keyway or a set screw hole. The total width of the sprocket is 45 mm.

No. 16B chain (European standard) has the same pitch and roller diameter, but a different inner width (17.02 mm instead of 15.88 mm). The ASA 80 sprocket is designed for American-standard chain, so the two systems should not be mixed.
