Five-link piece of welded long link chain 10x50 E10
Link chain 10x50 E10 - segment of 5 links is a ready-made piece of long link chain approx. 250 mm long, cut from chain carburized to 62 HRC. It is used for quick repair of a conveyor or scraper: instead of buying a whole metre, you replace only the worn or broken section. The price is per 1 segment (5 links).

The segment has the same specifications as the chain sold by the metre. The hard surface withstands abrasion and the tough core absorbs dynamic loads, so the inserted piece performs exactly like the rest of the chain.

How do I fit the segment into an existing chain?
Join it to the chain with Link 10x50 E10 connecting links (EAN 5908453517876). These connectors are secured with an Allen screw and fitted without welding. Connecting links are not included with this product.
Will the segment fit my chain?
It fits link chain with a 10 mm bar diameter and a 50 mm pitch. Before ordering, measure the pitch and the inside width of the links in your chain.
How strong is the segment?
The same as the chain: proof force 44 kN, minimum breaking force 55 kN. The manufacturer does not specify a working load, so the segment is not suitable for lifting loads.
Can I order several segments?
Yes, each unit is a separate segment of 5 links. If you need one continuous piece, order chain by the metre.
