Product Description
Long link chain 10x50 E10 - four-metre length with connector
Link chain 10x50 E10 - 4 m segment with connecting link is a four-metre length of case-hardened long link chain (80 links) with a connecting link secured by an Allen screw. It is ideal for replacing a longer section of chain in a manure scraper or conveyor, and also for short conveyors with sprockets for 10x50 link chain.
IMPORTANT - RESTRICTED USE
WARNING! THIS CHAIN IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LIFTING LOADS, FOR SLINGS OR FOR LOAD SECURING.
The chain is carburized and hardened to 62 HRC, so it copes well with abrasive materials such as ash, slag, wood chips or manure. The included connecting link lets you join the segment to the chain without welding.

Frequently asked questions
How much chain and how many links does the kit contain?
4 m of chain, i.e. 80 links, plus one connecting link with an Allen screw.
Can this segment be used to close a conveyor loop?
Yes, if the loop is approx. 4 m long. The included connecting link then joins both ends of the segment into a closed loop.
What is the breaking force of the chain?
The minimum breaking force is 55 kN and the proof force is 44 kN. The manufacturer does not specify a working load.
Is this chain suitable for slings?
No. The chain is not suitable for lifting loads, for slings or for load securing. It is designed for conveyors and scrapers.
How can I check whether the chain fits the sprockets in my machine?
Measure the pitch, i.e. the inside length of the link (50 mm), and the bar diameter (10 mm). The sprockets in the machine must be designed for 10x50 link chain.
