Trolley X458 81/81 (splashproof + wiper) is a trolley for slaughterhouses and slaughter lines - the best-protected variant of the steel overhead trolley for chain X458, designed specifically for wet, dirty and chemically aggressive environments, including slaughterhouses, wet and powder paint shops and KTL installations (electrodeposition/cataphoresis).

The design is based on a proven galvanised steel body (weight approx. 1.5 kg), resistant to corrosion and chemical degradation even with frequent high-pressure washing. The trolley is fitted with tapered rollers with a diameter of 81 mm, ensuring stable, quiet travel on the track and minimising running resistance under full load. The key advantage of this variant is its double bearing protection system: the splashproof solution, which physically deflects splashes of water and chemicals away from the bearing area, and the wiper seal, which continuously removes dirt from the housing as the trolley moves along the track.

This combination significantly extends bearing life compared with standard trolleys without seals - in practice this means less frequent component replacement and less downtime on the line. The trolley is suspended from an I-beam and is compatible with the standards used in Banss and Marell machines, popular in meat plants.
