Timing belt pulley PolyChain GT PC 14M 37 z=40 for Taper-Lock bush 2517 - for HTD 14M / PolyChain GT belts with a pitch of 14 mm (HTD). Made of C45 steel with a profile optimised for Gates PolyChain GT polyurethane belts.

The Taper-Lock system eliminates the need to bore out the hub. The bush slides into the tapered seat of the pulley and, after the screws are tightened to a torque of approx. 50 Nm, it clamps onto the shaft without a press or special tools. Removal is just as simple - one screw inserted into the removal hole pushes the bush out without risk of damaging the shaft.

The bush number (2517) is assigned to the pulley and determines the size of the seat. You only choose the bore diameter of the bush to suit your shaft.
