Timing belt pulley 8M 50 z=64 steel is a steel drive element designed to work with timing belts with a metric pitch of 8M (8 mm). 64 teeth and a belt width of 50 mm ensure stable, slip-free power transmission at high torques.

The product is made of steel and complies with DIN 7721 and ISO 5294. Finish: technological bore (requires reboring / machining to fit the target shaft).

Note - product condition

The pulley comes from a warehouse clearance sale. The pulley flange is damaged - this may be a dent, scuff or crack in the flange. The damage does not affect meshing with the belt or the operation of the pulley in the drive. Before purchasing, please contact us if you would like details of the damage to a specific piece.

Timing belt pulleys of the 8M series are used in drives requiring precise synchronous power transmission without slippage. They are well suited to packaging machines, machine tools, agricultural machinery, industrial printers, conveying equipment and wherever high motion repeatability and stable torque are required.

Finish - technological bore

The pulley is supplied with a technological bore that requires machining (reboring, boring out or keyway milling) to the target shaft diameter. As a result, one pulley fits many shaft diameters and can be adapted to the requirements of a specific machine by a fitter's shop or machine workshop.

Warranty

Ozdowski Group provides a 12-month warranty on the functioning of the drive element (meshing, tooth geometry, material). The warranty does not cover the flange - the flange damage is known, was communicated before the sale and is the basis for the price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, lack of lubrication or overloading.
