Timing belt pulley 31 T10 z=30 aluminium - for T10 belts with a pitch of 10 mm. Made of hard-anodised aluminium 6082 T6.

The pilot bore allows the pulley to be bored precisely to the shaft size and the fit required by the machine, to H7 tolerance. The keyway is cut on a slotting machine according to DIN 6885.

The pulley performs well wherever precise motion synchronisation is required: industrial automation, packaging machines, assembly lines.

The grooves of both pulleys must lie in one plane. Check this with a straightedge or a laser alignment tool. Even a slight lateral misalignment causes rapid wear of the belt's side edges.
