Timing belt pulley 21 T5 z=22 aluminium - for T5 belts with a pitch of 5 mm. Made of hard-anodised aluminium 6082 T6.

The pilot bore allows the pulley to be bored precisely to the shaft size and the fit required by the machine, to H7 tolerance. The keyway is cut on a slotting machine according to DIN 6885.

How do you align pulleys correctly?

The grooves of both pulleys must lie in one plane. Check this with a straightedge or a laser alignment tool. Even a slight lateral misalignment causes rapid wear of the belt's side edges.
