The O3D spur gear module 2, 22 teeth, is a light module gear with hub, 3D printed from PA12 nylon with carbon fibre (PA12-CF15). The outer diameter is 48 mm and the O12 mm pilot bore is prepared for reaming to the shaft size. It works well in transmissions with light and medium loads.

According to the filament manufacturer's data sheet, PA12-CF15 has a tensile strength of 123 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of 7995 MPa (ISO 527). These values were measured on standardised specimens - the actual strength of the gear also depends on its geometry and operating conditions.
