The O3D spur gear module 1, 25 teeth, is a light module gear with hub, 3D printed from PA12 nylon with carbon fibre (PA12-CF15). The outer diameter is 27 mm and the O8 mm pilot bore is prepared for reaming to the shaft size. It works well in transmissions with light and medium loads.

Can I return the gear if it does not fit?

Yes, you can return a gear from our standard range. Returns do not apply to gears made to special order, i.e. non-standard versions.
