The sprocket has a hub with a finished bore of 22 mm and a keyway, so it can be fitted straight onto a shaft of this diameter - without boring the hole or cutting a keyway. The hub diameter is 68 mm and the total width of the sprocket is 28 mm.

Can a sprocket with hub be welded to the shaft?

Technically it is possible, but we do not recommend it. Welding overheats the material, can bend the shaft and damage nearby bearings, and makes later replacement of a worn sprocket very difficult. It is better to fix the sprocket with a key.
