Simplex sprocket 06B-1 with hardened hub, 15 teeth - designed for chain with a pitch of 3/8" (9.525 mm). Compliance with DIN 8187 / ISO 606 guarantees full interchangeability with chain of the same pitch; C45E steel (EN 10083-1) and induction hardening of the teeth (45-55 HRC) provide high wear resistance while keeping the hub machinable.

We manufacture sprockets with hub with a small, so-called pilot (preliminary) bore. We leave it deliberately so that the customer (or workshop) can bore it precisely to the exact shaft size of their machine.

Can a sprocket with a technological bore be installed without additional machining?

No - the technological bore is deliberately too small to fit a typical shaft. It must be bored on a lathe to the required diameter and, if necessary, a keyway cut according to the requirements of the specific machine.
