Bevel gears module 3.5 z=16/32 ratio 1:2 type A L=40 is a set of two steel bevel gears with straight teeth, designed to transmit drive with a change of axis direction by 90°. Ratio 1:2 (the z=16 gear drives the z=32 gear). Manufactured in accordance with DIN 3967 / UNI 6588.

Product condition - details
The gears come from a warehouse clearance sale. The teeth of both gears have non-standard dimensions that arose during the manufacturing process. This means dimensional deviations of the teeth from the nominal values for module 3.5. The gears may not fit bevel gears from other manufacturers made strictly to the standard. The set is suitable for applications where both gears work exclusively with each other (as a pair) and the dimensional tolerance of the teeth is acceptable for the given application. Applications
Straight-toothed bevel gears are used to transmit drive between perpendicularly intersecting axes (angle 90°). Typical applications include angle gearboxes in machine tools, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment and drive mechanisms. Due to the described dimensional defect of the teeth the set must be used exclusively as a pair - these gears must not be combined with other bevel gears of module 3.5.
Warranty
Ozdowski Group provides a 12-month warranty for this set covering material and manufacturing defects other than the described non-standard tooth dimensions. The dimensional deviations of the teeth are known, were disclosed before the sale and are the reason for the price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, overloading or using the gears outside the outlet pair.
