XPC V-belts are a cogged version of the SPC section with a top width of 22 mm. They work in crushers, mills, large pumps and compressors, where high power is needed in a compact drive.
XPC cogged V-belts - running on smaller pulleys in an SPC drive
The cogs limit belt heating as it bends around the pulley, which extends its life and allows smaller diameter pulleys to be used. The belt runs in SPC pulley grooves, so switching from a smooth to a cogged belt requires no changes to the drive. A longer belt life means less frequent machine downtime for replacement.
XPC cogged V-belts with an SPC side profile
XPC cogged V-belts in the lengths given in the product name. Smooth SPC belts, including banded ones, can be found in the SPC group.
XPC cogged V-belts - customer questions
Does an XPC belt fit an SPC pulley?
Yes. The side profile of the XPC belt is the same as SPC, so the belt runs in SPC pulley grooves.
