SPB V-belts

SPB V-belts are narrow V-belts with a top width of 16.3 mm and a height of 13 mm to DIN 7753 / ISO 4184. Compared with the classical B belt, they transmit more power on a pulley of the same width, which is why they are the standard in compressors, pumps, fans and industrial machine drives.

SPB V-belts - a narrow section and vibration-resistant banded belts

The narrow section allows you to build a smaller and lighter drive with the same power. Banded belts - several belts joined at the top by a common band - do not twist or jump out of the grooves under vibrations, pulsating loads and long centre distances, so you do not waste time constantly adjusting the drive.

Single and banded SPB V-belts for multi-groove drives

Single SPB belts in various lengths and SPB banded belts with different numbers of joined belts. The number before the section symbol, e.g. 3SPB, indicates the number of belts, and the length is given in the product name.

Frequently asked questions about SPB and 5SPB V-belts
