SPB pilot bore V-belt pulleys

SPB pilot bore V-belt pulleys are pulleys for SPB and XPB belts with a pilot bore that you bore out for the shaft and add a keyway to. Choose them when the pulley is to be mounted on the shaft with a key, as in many factory-built conveyor and agricultural machinery drives.

SPB pilot bore pulley - a proven keyed connection without a bush

A classic keyed connection is simple, proven and does not require buying a bush. Because you make the bore yourself, you can also match the pulley to a shaft of non-standard diameter. Standard-compliant grooves accept SPB or XPB belts from any manufacturer.

SPB V-belt pulleys with a bore for machining, single and multi-groove

Single and multi-groove SPB pilot bore pulleys in various diameters. The diameter and number of grooves are given in the pulley name, and exact dimensions - on the product page. Pulleys with more grooves and the largest diameters can be found in the SPB Taper-Lock pulleys group.

No. The keyway is cut only after the bore has been made for a specific shaft, according to the key size.
