SPA V-belt pulleys

SPA V-belt pulleys are designed for SPA narrow V-belts and XPA cogged belts with a top width of 12.7 mm and a height of 10 mm. It is an intermediate profile between the light SPZ and the strong SPB, very common in compressors, pumps, fans and agricultural machinery.

SPA V-belt pulleys - a compact medium-power drive

The SPA profile combines a reasonable pulley diameter with good transmitted power, so the drive stays compact without adding more belts. Standard-compliant grooves accept belts from any manufacturer, and the full choice of mounting methods lets you keep the solution used in the machine or switch to a more convenient one - without modifying the shaft.

SPA V-belt pulleys: pilot bore, Taper-Lock and BK-RZ

Single and multi-groove SPA pulleys in three subgroups: pilot bore, for Taper-Lock bush and for BK-RZ keyless locking bush. The diameter and number of grooves are given in the pulley name, and exact dimensions - on the product page. Belts can be found in the V-belts category.

Frequently asked questions about SPA V-belt pulleys

What is the difference between an SPA and an XPA belt?

An XPA belt has the same cross-section as SPA, but its underside is cogged. This makes it bend more easily, wrap better around small pulleys and heat up less. Both run on the same SPA pulley.

Which version should I choose when repairing agricultural machinery?

The simplest option is to keep the mounting method of the original pulley. A pilot bore pulley can be matched to any shaft, and a bush-mounted pulley will make future replacements easier.
