Trapezoidal screws - ready lengths

Trapezoidal screws in ready lengths are trapezoidal threaded rods cut to a specific length. You buy exactly as much as you need - without ordering a whole rod and without cutting it yourself.

Ready lengths of trapezoidal screws - no cutting the rod or removing burrs

A ready length means less work and lower costs: you do not pay for material you will not use, and you do not have to cut the rod or remove burrs from the thread. A shorter part is easier and cheaper to ship, and after unpacking it is ready for end machining and assembly. This is a convenient solution for repairs, prototypes and one-off machines.

Trapezoidal rod lengths to DIN 103 for jacks, presses and vices

Lengths of screws with a symmetrical trapezoidal thread to DIN 103, which convert rotary motion into linear motion and carry high axial forces - in jacks, presses, vices, machine tools and adjustment mechanisms. The lengths are made of structural steel, and selected ones also of stainless steel. The material, thread size and length are given in the product name.

Frequently asked questions about trapezoidal thread screw lengths

How do I read the designation Tr 30x6?

The first number is the thread diameter in millimetres, the second is the lead - the travel of the nut per revolution of the screw. The nut must have the same size, lead and thread direction.
