14M timing pulleys work with HTD 14M belts with a rounded tooth and a 14 mm pitch. This is the largest HTD profile in our range, designed for heavy drives: presses, crushers, agricultural and construction machinery, and large fans and pumps.
HTD 14M timing pulleys - high power without lubrication and with minimal belt elongation
A 14M drive transmits high power without lubrication and without the elongation typical of chains - fewer inspections and less downtime. The rounded HTD tooth copes well with start-up loads. Smaller pulleys are made of C45 steel, and larger ones of grey cast iron, which dampens vibration. For large, heavy pulleys, the Taper-Lock version significantly shortens replacement time.

Frequently asked questions about HTD 14M synchronous pulleys
Why are there no very small pulleys in the 14M profile?
The thick 14M belt would bend too much on a small pulley, which would shorten its life. That is why the smallest 14M pulleys have a relatively high number of teeth.
Does a 14M pulley fit a PolyChain 14MGT belt?
No. The pitch is the same, but the tooth profile is different. Pulleys from the PolyChain 14MGT timing pulleys group are designed for PolyChain belts.
