XL 037 timing pulleys (3/8" belt)

XL 037 timing pulleys are designed for XL belts with a pitch of 1/5" (5.08 mm) and a width of 3/8" (9.5 mm). This is the standard XL belt width, used in axis drives, belt conveyors and light machinery.

Yes, a narrower belt will fit on the pulley, although the pulley will be wider than necessary. The reverse combination - a wider belt on a narrower pulley - must not be used.
