XH 300 timing pulleys (3" belt)

XH 300 timing pulleys work with XH belts with a pitch of 7/8" (22.225 mm) and a width of 3" (76.2 mm). The wider belt transmits more torque than XH 200 with the same pulley diameters.

XH 300 timing pulleys - higher load capacity with the same diameters

When an XH 200 drive is overloaded, moving to XH 300 increases load capacity without changing diameters or the ratio - just replace the pulleys and belt, provided the machine has room for a wider drive. We make the pulleys from C45 steel, which withstands high torques and shocks. A wider belt runs with less pressure on each tooth, so it wears more slowly.
