XH 200 Taper-Lock timing pulleys are steel pulleys for 2" (50.8 mm) wide XH belts with a tapered seat for a taper bush. The pulley is mounted on the shaft without boring and without a press.

You fit and remove the heavy XH pulley with just a spanner, which shortens machine downtime. The bush clamps around the entire circumference of the shaft and works together with the key, so it reliably transmits high torque. The pulleys are made of C45 steel. When changing to a shaft of a different diameter, a new bush is all you need - the pulley stays the same.
