L 075 Taper-Lock timing pulleys

L 075 Taper-Lock timing pulleys are pulleys for 3/4" (19.1 mm) wide L belts with a tapered seat for a taper bush. The bush clamps onto the shaft when the screws are tightened, so the pulley is easy to mount, reposition or remove.

You don't need to bore the hole or cut a keyway in the pulley - a bush with a bore for your shaft is all it takes. You can align the pulley exactly with its mating pulley and, if necessary, shift it without removing the shaft. Smaller pulleys are made of C45 steel, and larger ones of grey cast iron. This is particularly convenient for prototypes and machines in which the ratio is changed several times during commissioning.
