H 200 pilot bore timing pulleys are pulleys for 2" (50.8 mm) wide H belts with a pilot bore. They work well in heavy drives where the pulley must be precisely fitted to the shaft.

You bore out the hole exactly to the shaft size, so the pulley sits securely, without play or runout - important with a wide, heavy pulley. You can choose the fit and type of key to suit the design, including non-standard diameters. Smaller pulleys are made of C45 steel, and larger ones of grey cast iron.
