Tensioner arms

Tensioner arms are pivoting arms with a built-in elastic element that automatically press a sprocket, slide or roller against the chain or belt. The arm size determines the tensioning force and the size of the working elements that can be mounted on it.

Tensioner arms - automatic compensation of chain and belt elongation

The arm compensates for chain or belt elongation by itself, so you do not waste time on periodic drive adjustment. One arm can work with different working elements, and corrosion-resistant versions allow the tensioner to be used in damp conditions, outdoors and in the food industry.

RE, REG, REZ, REX, FE tensioner arms and lightweight PX plastic arms

RE arms in the standard version and in the nickel-plated REG, zinc-plated REZ and stainless steel REX versions. FE arms are bolted on from the front, and lightweight PX plastic arms are also available in a reinforced version. The range is complemented by SB brackets, which make it easier to mount the arm to the structure.
