28B-3 triplex hub sprockets

28B-3 hub sprockets are sprockets with three tooth rims for triplex 28B-3 chain of 1 3/4" (44.45 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. They are among the largest hub sprockets in our range and run in the drives of rotary kilns, mills and large conveyors.

Three strands of 28B chain mean huge load capacity with a limited sprocket diameter. A hub sprocket only needs to be machined for the shaft - no welding or making a mounting. The tall hub provides a long keyway and stable seating of the very wide tooth rim.
