12B-2 duplex hub sprockets

12B-2 hub sprockets have two tooth rims and work with duplex 12B-2 chain of 3/4" (19.05 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. They are a popular solution in more heavily loaded agricultural machinery and conveyors.

A second chain strand increases the transmitted power without enlarging the sprocket diameter, so the drive fits in the existing installation space. You bore out the pilot bore for your shaft, and larger sprockets are also available in grey cast iron, which dampens vibration well.
