20B (1 1/4") hardened hub sprockets

20B hardened hub sprockets work with 20B roller chain of 1 1/4" (31.75 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. The teeth are induction-hardened, which is why these sprockets are chosen for heavy conveyors, forestry, construction and industrial machinery.

20B hardened sprockets - fewer sprocket replacements in heavy drives

In heavy drives, replacing a sprocket is often a job for several people and a crane - the less often, the better. Teeth hardened to 45-55 HRC wear more slowly, and the tough C45 steel core copes well with shocks. The soft hub lets you bore the hole out for your shaft.

Hardened sprockets for 20B chain - customer questions

Does a 20B sprocket fit ASA 100 chain?

No. ASA 100 (20A) chain has the same pitch, but a different roller and inner width. A series sprockets can be found in the ASA sprockets group.

Can a hole for a set screw be drilled in a hardened sprocket?

Yes. The hub is not hardened, so you can make the set screw hole with ordinary tools.
