10B-1 hardened hub sprockets

10B-1 hardened hub sprockets are simplex sprockets for 10B-1 chain of 5/8" (15.875 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. The induction-hardened teeth resist abrasion better, which is why these sprockets work well in agricultural and construction machinery.

A hardened 10B-1 sprocket protects the chain from wear for longer

A hardened driving sprocket keeps its tooth profile longer, so you replace it less often and protect the chain for longer. The unhardened C45 steel hub allows free machining of the bore and keyway.

Yes, provided you bore out the hole and cut a keyway for your shaft - hardened sprockets have a hub with a pilot bore.
