24A (ASA 120) sprockets

24A (ASA 120) sprockets are designed for very heavy-duty American 120 chain of 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) pitch to ANSI B29.1. Drives with this chain work in mining machinery, crushers and large conveyors.

With such a large pitch, even a sprocket with a small number of teeth has a considerable diameter, so the range focuses on compact driving sprockets that will fit on a gearbox shaft. A standard-compliant sprocket works with 120 chain from any manufacturer, and C45 steel copes well with high forces and is easy to machine.
