10B-1 simplex plate sprockets

10B-1 plate sprockets are simplex plate wheels for 10B-1 chain of 5/8" (15.875 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606, designed for welding or bolting on.

10B-1 simplex plate wheels - a sprocket built for your machine

A wide choice of tooth counts makes it easy to select the ratio, and a plate wheel without a hub lets you build a sprocket exactly for your machine. The version with induction-hardened teeth is a better choice for a driving sprocket working in dust or with frequent starts - it keeps its tooth profile longer.

How to recognise a worn 10B-1 plate wheel - frequently asked questions

How can I tell that a plate wheel is worn?

The teeth become pointed, have worn flanks or a hook-shaped profile. Such a plate wheel accelerates chain elongation and should be replaced together with the chain.
