08B-3 plate sprockets are triplex plate wheels for 08B-3 chain of 1/2" (12.7 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. Triplex chain is used in compact drives transmitting high torques when there is no room for sprockets of a larger pitch.

Bore the hole and machine the mating face in one setting, and when welding run the weld alternately. This way all three tooth rims stay perpendicular to the shaft axis.
