03 (5 mm) plate wheels - a quiet, smooth drive in a small space

The small pitch lets you build a quiet, smooth drive in a small space - in precision equipment, automation and small devices. You can adapt the plate wheel to your own design: bore it for the shaft or bush and bolt it to a flange or weld it. It is light, so it is easy to store and cheap to ship.

Fixing a small 03 plate wheel - customer questions

How do I fix such a small plate wheel?

Most often it is bolted to the hub flange with small screws or tack-welded. When welding, run the weld carefully so as not to overheat the thin plate and cause rim runout.
