24B-1 simplex Taper-Lock sprockets

24B-1 Taper-Lock sprockets are simplex sprockets for 24B-1 chain of 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606, mounted on the shaft with a tapered taper bush.

24B-1 simplex Taper-Lock sprockets with hardened teeth

A large sprocket with a Taper-Lock seat can be fitted without machining, accurately centred, and removed without a puller. Induction-hardened teeth increase the wear resistance of the sprocket when working in dust and with frequent starts, and the cast iron version is a rigid and economical driven sprocket.
