24B-2 duplex Taper-Lock sprockets

24B-2 Taper-Lock sprockets are duplex sprockets for 24B-2 chain of 1 1/2" (38.1 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. Drives with this chain work in heavy conveyors and handling equipment, where very high load capacity at low speed is needed.

24B-2 duplex Taper-Lock sprockets - no costly machining of a massive sprocket

Mounting on a Taper-Lock bush saves costly machining of a massive sprocket and allows it to be removed without a puller. Steel sprockets, also with hardened teeth, are suitable as driving sprockets, and large grey cast iron sprockets - as rigid driven sprockets.
