20B (1 1/4") Taper-Lock sprockets

20B Taper-Lock sprockets work with 20B roller chain of 1 1/4" (31.75 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. Such drives work in heavy conveyors, construction machinery and raw material processing equipment.

20B Taper-Lock sprockets - no more costly machining of large sprockets

With sprockets of this size, machining the bore and removing them from the shaft can be costly - the Taper-Lock bush solves this problem. The sprocket is centred once the screws are tightened, and removing it from the shaft needs no puller. Smaller driving sprockets are available with hardened teeth, and large driven sprockets in grey cast iron.

20B sprocket vs ASA 100 chain - questions about Taper-Lock sprockets

Does a 20B sprocket fit ASA 100 chain?

No. ASA 100 (20A) chain has the same pitch, but a different inner width and strand spacing. Sprockets for it can be found in the ASA sprockets group.
