10B-1 finished bore sprockets

10B-1 finished bore sprockets are simplex hub sprockets for 10B-1 chain of 5/8" (15.875 mm) pitch to DIN 8187 / ISO 606. The bore is machined to the size given in the name, and a keyway is cut in the hub.

10B-1 finished bore sprockets - fewer hours of machine downtime

10B chain works in medium-loaded drives - in agricultural machinery, mixers, conveyors and woodworking machines. There every hour of downtime counts, and a finished bore sprocket lets you replace the sprocket straight away, without waiting for machining and without extra costs.

10B-1 sprockets in C45 steel with bore and keyway

10B-1 simplex sprockets in C45 steel with bores of various diameters - the D value is given in the product name. 10B-1 pilot bore sprockets can be found in the Hub sprockets group, and versions with hardened teeth - in the Hardened hub sprockets group.

10B-1 sprocket vs ASA 50 chain - customer questions

Does a 10B-1 sprocket fit ASA 50 chain?

No. ASA 50 (10A) chain has the same pitch, but a different inner width, and sprockets of the two series differ in tooth profile. Sprockets for American chains can be found in the ASA sprockets group.
