Module 1 gear racks are the smallest racks in our range, with straight teeth and a pitch of 3.14 mm. The fine tooth ensures smooth and accurate travel, which is why they are used in light positioning axes, plotters and automation equipment.

A rack in a ready length saves time - just bolt it on and set the gear. An unhardened C45 or C15 steel rack is easy to cut to size. The stainless version does not corrode in damp conditions or when washed, and the round rack combines the functions of a rack and a guide, which simplifies small mechanisms.

What is a round rack used for?
