Attachment roller chains

Attachment chains are roller chains in which some of the plates have extensions or bent wings with holes. Flights, cross slats, partitions and other working elements are bolted to them.

You get a chain ready for installation - without welding on brackets, which weakens the plates and can distort the chain. You bolt the conveyor elements on at a repeatable spacing, and replace a worn flight without removing the chain. We make the standard versions from C45 steel, with components hardened separately before assembly, and a selected chain is also available in a stainless version.

Chains with single-sided A and double-sided K attachments

Simplex and multiplex B-type chains and double pitch chains with single-sided (A) and double-sided (K) attachments, with one or two holes. Attachments may be on every link or at a specified spacing, given in the product name.

When should I choose a K attachment instead of A?

The K attachment, located on both sides of the chain, is used to fix cross slats between two parallel chains. The A attachment is sufficient when the element is fixed on one side only.
