FF keyless locking bushes

FF keyless locking bushes replace the key in a shaft-hub connection. After tightening, they press simultaneously against the shaft and the hub bore, creating a connection without play.

The thin wall allows the bush to be used even in a small pulley, without enlarging the hub. You do not have to mill a keyway or fit a key, and you can set the pulley in any position. When replacing the pulley, the bush releases quickly, without damaging the shaft.

How do I mount an FF bush correctly?

The surfaces of the shaft, hub bore and bush should be clean and lightly oiled. Tighten the bush gradually and evenly, in accordance with the mounting instructions, until the required clamping pressure is reached.
